Problem Statement

The key flows of onboarding, scheduling meetings, uploading files, inviting external users, and getting help are confusing and non-intuitive, especially for new users. This results in a lack of effective user experience on the iQ3Connect dashboard.

Insights

The lack of design strategy affected users' ability to navigate the dashboard. Incorporating tasks intuitively was key to the redesign's success.

Outcomes

After the redesign, users spent less than five minutes to complete tasks. Feedback indicated the dashboard is now used more frequently and effectively.

Final Analysis

On average, participants completed tasks in under 5 minutes. Visual differentiation of the CTA and simplified flows significantly improved user satisfaction. Dark mode and clean UI were praised. Redesign met user needs with minimal confusion.
